 A busy few weeks for Bidford WI

At our meeting on Thursday 11th December we were all encouraged to get on our feet and join Miranda of PixieFit Zumba Gold. Those who couldn't get on their feet stayed on their chairs and moved what they could!

Zumba Gold Exercise 

A  modified Zumba class for active older adults that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity

Wednesday 22nd October

 On Wednesday evening Long Marston WI's got together to enjoy an evening playing skittles at Welford Bowling Club.

We enjoyed a friendly match and a ploughman's supper. 

Friendship and fun were the winners!

A raffle helped to raise funds - thanks to Long Marston for organising it and supplying the prizes.
